Processing Time and Location

Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing and handling before your order is shipped out. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.

Please note that this processing time does not apply to pre-orders. The estimated fulfillment time for pre-orders is indicated directly on the product page. 

Shipping Times

Please note that the below are estimates only and not guarantees. We do not provide refunds due to shipping exceptions or delays. 

Canada:  

  • Untracked shipping across Canada via Canada Post Oversized Letter Mail, free for orders over CAD $30 [3-15 business days]
  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel, free for all orders over CAD $80 [2-9 business days] (RECOMMENDED)
  • There are no additional taxes, customs or duties for Canadian orders.

We offer untracked shipping to help customers save on shipping costs. However, we are not responsible for untracked packages lost in transit/undelivered since we cannot determine the status of the package. As such, we STRONGLY encourage you to choose tracked shipping.

US:

  • USPS First Class Package, free for orders over CAD $30 [2 to 7 business days]
  • There are no additional taxes, customs or duties for US orders.
International:
  • APC Priority, free for orders over CAD $70 [10-30 business days]
  • APC Priority Insured [10-30 business days]. By choosing insured shipping, you can benefit from a free replacement in the event your package is lost in transit (i.e., the tracking information ceases to update and the shipping carrier cannot locate the package). Insurance does not cover uncollected packages or undeliverable packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Incorrect/Insufficient Addresses, Refused Shipments and Uncollected Packages

For Canada and US orders, packages with an incorrect/insufficient address, uncollected packages and refused shipments may be returned to us. In the event your order is returned to us, you are responsible for the return charges and the additional cost to reship the package to you.

Please note that international orders are never returned to us, even when the tracking information shows "returning to sender". International parcels that do not reach the recipient are automatically discarded by the shipping carrier - no refunds will be available.

For re-delivery of orders due to incorrect/insufficient addresses, refused shipments or uncollected packages that are not returned to Dewy Hours, the customer must place a new order. 

If your tracking information indicates that your package was "delivered", and you did not receive your package, please email us for assistance. We also suggest you immediately contact the shipping provider using the contact information on the tracking page. We are happy to help you locate the contact information, but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

International Customs, Taxes, and Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including EU VAT) once it enters your country. These charges are always the customer's responsibility. Dewy Hours cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Dewy Hours cannot provide a refund for customs, taxes and duties. Please contact your customs office for rates and percentages. On some occasions, customs clearance may delay the delivery of your package.
