Returns 

Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we are happy to accept returns. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

You have 14 days from your date of delivery to request a return by contacting us at info@dewyhours.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges. Returns must be sent with tracking to prevent lost shipments. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

All orders, including pre-orders are final. Once your order is placed, we cannot change or cancel your order. 

Please note that all items marked down 30% or more are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges or cancellations.
